Ground delivery such as standard USPS, UPS and Fedex are used for items that do not require freight. This method is used for most textiles, kitchen items, home accessories, small furniture and small lighting.
If the item is in stock, it will ship out within 2-7 business days from the time of your order and will have a transit time of 5-10 business days. To get stock status and estimated shipping time prior to ordering, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Some items have estimated in stock dates listed on their product page, these are only estimates not guaranteed dates and are provide where available. Not all products will have their estimated in stock dates listed. All back-ordered items will ship automatically when available.
Items ordered together may not arrive together. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.
Freight delivery applies to larger items and/or fragile items. The product will arrive on a carrier or a large truck. The shipping included guarantees curbside delivery only. This will NOT include placement of the item in your home or up a flight of stairs, this will NOT include removal of packaging, and this will NOT include assembly. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS WRONG/DAMAGED?
Please do not sign for packages that are clearly damaged. Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival and only sign in good condition. Email email@example.com within 48 hours if there is something wrong. Please keep all packaging. Providing full details and pictures will make the process easier for us both. We will do our best to get you the correct item or replacement as soon as possible!
