We work hard to ensure that our products are represented accurately on our site and that information is provided to help you make the best purchasing decision. We recommend emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you have further questions on anything at all prior to ordering. We can not take returns for buyer's remorse or if the item does not fit in your space (please also read the color note below). Measuring and ensuring the item will also fit through doorways is the customer's responsibility.
If you still need to return your item, eligible products will be granted a refund for the cost of the merchandise only and with return requested within 48 hours of delivery. Original shipping included in purchase price will not be refunded, it will be deducted from the return amount. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Some items may incur a restocking fee. The item must be returned in original packaging and in new unused condition. Items that arrive damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Please email email@example.com to find out if your item is eligible for return and what portion will be credited back to you. All lighting, furniture, mirrors, art, rugs and over sized/freight items are final sale.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS WRONG/DAMAGED?
Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival and email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours if there is something wrong. Please keep all packaging. Providing full details and pictures will make the process easier for us both. We will do our best to get you the correct item or replacement as soon as possible!
