Eligible merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt will be granted a refund for the cost of merchandise only. Merchandise returned after 30 days will receive a store credit for the cost of the merchandise only. Merchandise is not eligible for return after 60 days. Original shipping will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items may incur a $4.50 restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Items that are returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund. All lighting, furniture, mirrors, art, rugs and over sized/freight items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please inspect your product immediately upon arrival. All issues must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging. Images are required for all claims. We will do our best to get you the correct item or replacement as soon as possible!
